• The quality, performance, or outcome of any contractor

4. Contractor Responsibility

Contractors are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their quotes
• Their qualifications, insurance, and compliance
• Any work carried out

5. Professional Responsibility

Professionals are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Reviewing and selecting contractors

6. Platform Role

ClearTender:

• Facilitates connections between users
• Provides tools for structured quoting

We are not responsible for disputes, delays, or outcomes of any project.

7. File Uploads

Users may upload drawings, images, and documents.

By uploading files, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share them
• They do not infringe third-party rights

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Provide misleading information
• Attempt to misuse or disrupt the platform
